I am considering out-of-state and have looked at numerous markets (Birmingham, Kansas City, Baltimore, etc).

I'd also be interested to connect with investors who have units (SFR, Condos, Apts, etc) near the strip or otherwise that have gone the AirBnB route, and how feasible a motto this is.Are the prices in Vegas still good enough to provide good ROI and risk vs reward? 

The benefits can be incredible and the opportunity to work in a niche that is a win-win for both investors/sponsors and renters alike is even more rewarding.

It’s much more rewarding when you plan to have Vacancies, some repairs, or CapEx.  

Hey Everyone,So I've been tediously drafting up my real estate business plan and have been doing numerous research on my particular strategy.

Most people who post here giving advice feel it is fun and their duty and they are the "expert" and being able to be so is reward enough to them.

On the other hand, the broker that represented us in the acquisition of the lots is also a very good and capable broker, although she is not specialized in new home sales.Frankly, I think either would do a good job selling the homes (especially in this market) but I'm trying to weigh the following things:1) In general, I like the idea of rewarding the sourcing broker. 

There is less competition there and you have the rewards that can come from the cap rate when adding positive improvements. 

This requires a deep knowledge of execution, but is very rewarding and exciting.
