Didn't appreciate it would have to be that many doors multi-family vs higher value single family.

I need a CPA and had a quick consult but haven’t found someone I love.

They love the idea of wealth, financial freedom, but don't want to put their own financials on the line.

They found a community they believed in and a lovely house that could pay for itself with the rent income.
