That’s a small fraction of what all that would cost in my market.

I almost exclusively sell bank foreclosures for a large asset management company, and I also do a lot of marketing for wholesale deals.

It was just brought to my attention this morning that the marketing email didn't specifically outline a final date to register with the exclusive early access discount.

Alternatively, investing in money markets is another consideration.

Curious about your experiences with the market, occupancy rates, and overall returns.

The market between the 2 locations & resident class (Especially if you plan to self mange or find a PM company), Your future goals and the costs associated with moving and transferring to a new hospital. 

As a GA native and investor, I love Savannah, but I haven't invested there yet, partially because y'all are so dominant in the market :) I would caution, however, that there is "no way to do background checks".

SF is a very unique market, and actually may be a great time to buy right now, especially if they can successfully turn the city around.
