My Realtor told me that as soon as you list a house in the MLS you should be getting 3-4 showings per week and 2 offers per month if your priced right.If the price is right it only takes 1 investor.

As for accounting, learn how they file your taxes using Itemized deductions, Sch E, A, 10-99, etc. and have a CPA who can do the work for you.I believe in doing MY work (responsibly) and seek appropriate help from my Attorney, CPA, RE Agent, etc.

It was ok but I got a better response from e-mail campaigns. 2 sales came off the expensive airtime. 40 came off the e-mail campaign.
