,Justin, I may be mistaken but I believe she means Mill Levy, Mill rate, or millage tax(not mileage) which is the basis for property taxes.

Levi T.,   For a rehab to flip & sell, the amount of repair will probably be higher so you upgrade enough to get a quicker sale than the other houses currently listed.

in WA its been my experience in Clark co.. that I did have to bring tax's current to transfer title.. and of course you have the pesky excise tax.. but for our purposes IE self closing 24 to 48 hours before someone lost the property it went like this.

I talked to the mortgage company that placed the levy and they let me know that to make a move on the property the mother would have to be the executor of estate.
