I always tell them to pay attention to language, try not to be arrogant or thin skinned, and to practice what they preach or they may end up looking like a hypocrit later on.When you're telling them to pay attention to language, you might want to remind them that hypocrite is spelled with an "e" on the end.This is the third time I've had to point this out to you...ATTENTION TO DETAIL!
