I have requested financial and audit documents on numerous occasions and (insert presidents name here) has refused my requests and/or claims the documents do not exist.

They have their meetings the last Thursday of every month and always invite great speakers to talk about real estate investing. 

-She bizarrely rang the bell of the coop board president and invited the coop board to "tour" the apartment so she could introduce herself.
