Maybe the price isn't their biggest issue, but maybe their biggest issue is closing within 15(ish) days.Also, I would be hard pressed to say that a property doesn't need any reno at all... especially before doing an in-depth inspection.

It makes my blood boil to read her rant, it is libelous, and you have a professional written agreement/lease, where you could claim defamation, but the negative press around that would likely bring more negative attention to your business.
