.- Purchase by the month, several months or by the year.I have been watching Arcana for several years and here is what I have learned from watching them and from our conference call this past week.They have not changed their name in the past 3 or 4 years that I have been watching them.They don't have a lot of different office staff for me to keep track of when I need to ask a question,  Drives me nuts to contact my "account person" to find they have moved to a different division or are no longer with the company.One single point of contact and I am hoping their website where I go to get new policies does not change regularly.I don't have to pay an upfront deposit to open the account to add properties to as I buy and sell.They will not close out my account when I have no properties in inventory. 

She ended up positioning herself as an editor who can write, which meant the editing department saw her resume first and the writing department liked having a "writer friendly" editor on staff (conflicts between writers and editors can be huge at some companies).Other companies create "subdivisions" to keep their brands separate in the minds of their customers.

It's just the way it is.With that kind of advertising budget they are saying they are spending, the big guys are doing 4 - 6 deals a month nationally with a staff of 8.

Do they and/or their staff do the actual negotiations?

I have 2 landlords on staff that handle them.

The guy who is 4 times more expensive may be that much because he works one job at a time with no back end and no help, so to make up for his lack of sales he has to make sure that every win is a hit out of the park.Meantime, the guy who is 4 times cheaper may have 60 guys working for him with 12 dedicated vans and a full time office staff and a metric ton of automation on his side.

The electrician that is on my staff always puts the hall way light with the smokes.

Also, focusing on medical professionals is 90% social connections as it is contractual with hospitals or their staff in my opinion.
