People will do bad - with or without cameras because we are humans.

While I admire your goal of rehoming or fostering your pets, you may need to take them to the humane society or ASPCA. 

They're human (or subhuman as some would say) and this issue might be something that requires a deeper level of explanation. 

Time and I also lost alot of respect towards humans.

Try to pick someone humane.

So what you need is to try and find off market properties or those only lightly marketed so there are less eyeballs on them.If you find the easily found properties then of course the sellers are going to want to get the most they can it's human nature.

There are plenty of people who are good people who lack the education, capacity, ect to earn enough income to move to nicer areas but that does not mean they are not decent human beings who will take care of the property to the best of their ability. 

What this proves is that this is NOT market dependent it is HUMAN dependent.
