Nothing to fix or replace hopefully on the horizon and the home has a 10 year structural warranty.  

Looking to expand my horizons into larger properties and different types of commercial real estate, so would love to connect with anyone involved on the commercial side in the Northern NJ area.

Real estate COULD drop in value in some areas, but on a long enough time horizon we've seen it go up by 2-3% per year.

@Robert Shelton This really depends on your overall goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.

Could be a long list of violations and the demo court on the horizon or simple - cleaning prior to new construction.

If you had a good chunk of change saved up and a long time horizon, I'd say house hack it, but that doesn't seem to be the case by your own accounts.
