It costs like $20 per session to cover the room/food/etc.

I was having lunch with co-workers the other day and several of them were talking about their off-roading trips and what they did or need to do with their 4 wheel drive trucks.

I own a very large food processing company, we are currently renting out kitchen space in an ideal facility.

Definitely food for thought, we have a slightly different rent spread into the 3 bedroom from 2 bedroom.  

I by no means had it rough but it was not easy. having my mom explain why she could not buy me a toy because she needed to buy food for us was not a great memory.

The food/arts/entertainment has also exploded over the past 5 years!  

Also, show up at HomeDepot on a Saturday morning and walk around the parking lot taking pictures of sub's magnetic stickers on their trucks saying what they do and their phone numbers.Hope this helps other newbies like me.

We strive to make 300/day/job so a 3-hour $20 lunch doesn't interest me, how much more for your 2-men with truck and tools GC.

One thing I look for is trucks in the area, which would indicate it is a working class area.  

Overall I'm pretty confident that the deal is good but I could use some outside opinions just as food for thought.
