My fiancée and I just purchased our first investment property 2 streets from Rowan.

I've been a long time lurker and have finally come out of my shell for some advice.I'm looking to buy my first primary residence for my fiancee and I to live in for the next 5-7 years (minimum).

Say your fiancee says lets start at age 30.

I sent him a greeting card with a $50 Visa gift card.Oh, and anytime I send a card with gift card, I put it all in a package.

If your landlord is such a ahole that he made your fiancee cry over wedding centerpieces, I would not count on him talking a reasonable line on the security deposit.  

Account Closed We have all but three of our tenants on electronic payment - either direct deposit or Interac e-Transfer (a Canadian thing, but VISA has a similar service now).  

I am wondering if i would need to either obtain work visa authorization to travel to Canada and maintain the properties, or if there would be some way to gain citizenship/permanent residency through these investments.

Honestly the raise was not my bidding; there are additional parties involved helping fund my fiancee for the down payment, and additionally to that our agent advised he suspected the bank may be seeking an additional round of bids right now.

All it means is that now you can choose to take distributions from the IRA without a 10% penalty for early distribution.You can never sell a property from your IRA to yourself or visa-versa.You could choose to have a property appraised and distribute it in-kind from the IRA to yourself.
