Need some real estate fellow feedback on a 100% investment condo:I made a downpayment on a condo in downtown Sarasota 2 years ago (2022).

Anyone have any feedback on this software?

I've done my fair share of research, but I believe that having someone experienced to bounce ideas off of and receive feedback from would significantly accelerate my learning curve.I understand that relationships aren't one-sided, and I'm more than willing to contribute and assist in any way I can whether it's lending a hand with your projects, sharing resources, or simply providing updates on my progress.

@Taya Shavers not sure how many people are going to take the time to read your novel and give you feedback for free.You can always pay someone for their time if you really want assistance.If you want free assistance, suggest you break your request into smaller, more easily read chunks:)

Thank you for your feedback, in Arizona specifically, as an out of state investor (I'm in California) it is the state law that they need someone living physically in Arizona to represent you with your legal affairs. 

I am curious to get feedback from everyone about this situation I have found myself in.
