If you show someone how  seller financing works, the extra verbiage, etc., is too much sometimes for them.

For example, if you have a 30-year mortgage and you make one extra principal payment a year, It will take roughly 7-8 years off your mortgage.

Get an extra job, live in the cheapest possible accommodations, put your head down until you have 3-5% to put down (plus some reserves) on a house hack.
