Always great to hear from a fellow Texan.Now, if you are buying the lot from your friend...there would almost no reason to put this under a seller financed structure.

In hindsight it would have been better to have a contractor working under a fixed price contract to complete the work by a certain date including inspections and permits etc...

As of the date of your post, you have violated California law by failing to mail an estimated or final disposition within 21 days of move-out.

Also, the seller wants me to set the closing date on the contract to June 28th instead of our original closing date, which was August 17th, because she wants to receive the money in a timely manner to pay her back taxes.
