I have some questions I would love insight on from any NYC REI that can spare some time to have a conversation about REI in the NYC market.

The landlord, was able to back out and spared himself a whole lot of grief.

@Patrick Soukup The renovations include some paint in the master bath/spare bedroooms, some reseating of planks on the wooden fence, and then if you consider them - a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.Thankfully the only real reno cost here is the appliances.

With coding you can get a great job, or just do sidehustles online at places like fiverr or any other similar website and earn substantial income in your spare time. 

I also have flexibility in the size of the plot I offer because I have septic capacity to spare.  

An obvious way to me to increase income, is to rent out a spare bedroom or take on a roommate.

If you have experience in bowling alleys, i have a deal for someone to JV in with me. I have full contact with owner. The owner wants to expand to another place. They suggest an buyer can also become co-owner as well ...

I only rent out my own spare house. 

I know networking and meeting people would not be as possible via a virtual setting, but it would help make everything more accessible to people who maybe aren't able to spare time/money to travel. 

If you also have to add a garbage disposal you'll need a switched line for the disposal, but you can get one of the button switches that fit in a spare sink hole so you don't have to damage the wall above the counter for the install.
