Looking to get into Retail Commercial investing. 

If i buy property as LLC, i heard that it will limit my mortgages to commercial mortgages only.

We have built decently sized portfolio (28 units, mix of mostly small multifamily with one commercial property) over the last 5 years using the BRRRR method. 

Either way its two great spots both for schools and overall strong growth in residential and commercial.  

You will also need to make sure that the commercial use isn't greater than 50%.
