-any thoughts on chrome vs brushed nickel fixtures?

In renovating apartments and other house flips painting can be such a bear getting in all the edges with a brush then rolling (over and over again). 

This works OK for a small portfolio of relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with multiple assets or more time sensitive and transaction intensive assets such as a rental property.

But paint brushes....

New water heater, garage door, paint. cleared out a lot of over-grown brush from fence line, French drains, some new fixtures.

When the inspector called our manager, she basically brushed her off and was a red flag.

I would say they neighbor route is a good intro if you go over to feel them out, and then brushing up on there options so you can offer to help or atleast explain the many options they have is how i go about the awkward situation they may be in. just my 2 cents.

The number of people who follow laws is not static.

I like having public water, public sewer, and city police/fire/trash/brush services for the rental properties. 

Then do the walls yourself with a brush and rollers.Give yourself some extra time before hanging drywall.
