I currently live in Bend.

I bought a 20 unit apartment complext out of state in South Bend Indiana.

I live 30 minutes south of South Bend, IN and 2 hours North off Indianapolis, IN.

Without trying to sound arrogant, I know I can do a better job on most things than 95% of the people I would get to do them for me, and that makes it difficult for me to bend my mind around the fact that I have 24 hours in one day.

I will bend over & learn as much as possible.

At least when you're starting out.Perhaps a portfolio lender that doesn't underwrite to the Fannie/Freddie guidelines will bend the rules a tad bit.
