I'm currently in Northwest Arkansas, Centerton specifically and for those of you that aren't familiar, it's an amalgam of several towns/cities in the extreme Northwest of Arkansas and home to Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B.

You'd avoid the aisle if you saw one in Wal Mart. 

There is a town not to far away but figure just the nearest Wal-Mart is like 30 minutes away. 

I take walmart/usps money orders or cash only.anything involving cashiers check is suspicious or "my company will" or "i will be attending university" when there is none near you. always dig deeply into it. 

If you don't want to post the city then at least post what the city's population is and what the median household income is and what the median home price is and how close the nearest Walmart is.  

In fact, he sounds like he either developed, or had a hand buying and selling, nearly all the major commercial centers in my general area (wal mart, grocery stores, shopping centers).

Walmart is now in the PRIME delivery space only using 3rd party like UPS etc.

These apartments are located just down the street from the main drag in Joplin (Wal-Mart, Target, restaurants, etc.) and they are close to some higher end apartments.
