Recent articles I have read online say that studies have been done and have shown much higher amounts of radiation if you live .3 miles away from a cell tower, which this place is located within that radius.

You can also gain this experience by investing with an experienced syndicate manager in larger projects (100+ units) and closely studying their monthly/quarterly reports.

It sounds like your experience would lend itself to studying the tried and true BRRRR strategy if you haven't already.

Like anything else, of course brokers have niches or certain types of programs that they know back and forth and others they may be aware of but need to study up on in order to truly sell/execute. 

You must take the time to study and learn everything you can in advance before you put everything on the line.

@Jeff Kehl I had 2 numbers there like @Jeremy F. pointed out and it was as much a study for me in the numbers than anything.

I have studied how to be a good RE agent for a little over a year now and I am about to be an intern for a brokerage in the upcoming months.
