Learn everything you can about SEO and social media marketing and set up landing pages (plenty of free services like Wix and Weebly) then build solid relationships (get the in writing) with any type of business, Investors, Realtors, Trades ect.. and sell them your leads.

I'm trying to figure out how to use all of these SEO's!!!

Your own website with SEO and driving for dollars are two other methods to sourcing deals as is networking which everybody should do no matter which strategies they employ.

Slowly inconspicuously back off and without anyone even noticing focus on SEO, take over your market and get ALL the leads.That is what I did.I am telling you, this is not just what all SEO companies say.

So ultimately these sellers are coming to you, is it through SEO?

He doesn't work on SEO at all.
