You really need to make use of SEO (search engine optimization) so you get good exposure.

Then again I do branded marketing, so it might be different if you are doing yellow letters/average joe type marketing.I would use wordpress, if you blog on it often, add video and keep updating content on it, it will have better long term SEO potential than some of those other platforms.  

Large looming concerns: quality/ attitude/ dependability of client (the broker) support, capabilities of the design/ development/ SEO/ dependability of company/ Etc.… Yes, searched high searched low – online reviews – take most with a grain of salt.

SEO doesn't have to be expensive if you simply use common sense.

I know it is important to have a blog so I can provide some helpful info to customers and to help with SEO, but a blog is absolutely not available unless I hire a 3rd party to host a website and integrate with Sitelink.  

Specifically PPC and you can find my good SEO friend @Jerryll Noorden talking about well you guessed it SEO (Search Engine Optimization). 

It is basically promoting your company to your buyers persona ( target market- different buyer personas 1) folks with inhertited homes 2) folks downsizing 3) folks behind on their taxes 4) Folks who lost their jobs, cant pay mortgage (whatever situation that you have been successful attracting) through blogs, vlogs, podcasts, SEO, white papers, e books, social media marketing (paid facebook advertising), pay per click (google adwords) and other forms of content creation or content marketing. 

I hope the website keeps producing as the only thing I do is add content from time to time and pay my SEO professional.
