Hey Y'all,My wife and I came back from an island vacay that she got because of a big promotion she got! 

And on top of it, it isn't easily scalable I wouldn't think.Glad it works for you and that you have been able to promote your business with this post.Ultimately, the killer (pun intended) for this type of structure is landlord liability.

This is such a great resource for assisting each other and to promote growth and learning (especially for the new folks like myself!)

Fringe neighborhoods to me are areas that are not considered safe yet but have rehabs going on nearby and other development nearby that would promote further development in these areas.

Most meetings include a speaker and product promotion.  

I'll promote it on all of my social media outlets.I would love to see your projects and take a tour around the city. 

Why are you still an employee at a "mentor" group that promotes it can help anyone retire in 5yrs?

Would be nice if employers promoted self directed options but of course the Human Resources departments are in bed with the financial institutions that sell funds .It would be cool to see employees getting together and funding local projects something similar to syndication or crowdfunding .

Promotion: If you have vacancy, it's killing you.
