I am a principal broker and a NNN syndicator.Syndicators that take money from passive investors it is one thing for general updates from the sponsor but if you want to learn the complete in and outs of the business that is  NOT something typically a sponsor does as it takes up too much of their time.If they did that for every investor on a deal they would never have time to do deals.
