Hi all,This is a long story and not sure if this is the right place to ask about my situation, but here goes.About a year ago my mother passed away.

She is a divorced mother of two and for the 1st year the lease was paid for 1 year and during the second year it went month to month.

This woman forged his name on some things, opened accounts in his name and eventually had him put in a nursing home.
