Hey everyone!  I'm new to the BP forums and have been investing in real estate for just over a year now.  Right now I have a "day job" but am a licensed Realtor as well.  I currently live in the South Side neighborhood in Pittsburgh.  

My goals in real estate are to grow my investments in multi-family properties and quit my j.o.b.  Both my father- and brother-in-law have done this and they've proved it's possible.  I love real estate and have been involved since I was about 10 years old, cleaning homes after they were newly built.  My father is a home builder, mother is a real estate agent and grandmother is a broker.  It just runs in the family!  

Very excited to connect and learn from everyone on here!
