Hey Matthew,A lot has changed since you posted this but I also lived in New England and now live in St Pete.

We have trash cans in each bedroom as well as bathrooms and kitchen.Plus 1 more in the living room.

Curious if there was anyone on this forum currently AirBNBing properties out in Portugal, whilst living in the US or outside of Portugal.

New roof, exterior painting, new flooring, bathroom updates, finished new living space What was the outcome?

I live in north austin, if you are reffering to multi family then austin is the place to be!

It's also unlikely that you can convert a single-family home into a community center (not sure if you mean an actual community center or co-living space).

I am not sure what state @Camille T. lives in but I don't know of a state that currently has this level of transparency.

I see a few abandoned nursing home type places in rural areas, and always think as I drive by, would a good repurpose of them being senior living, or veteran living, or just plain affordable housing living?
