I don't necessarily want to end the original lease and deal with the deposit since the tenant will still have all their stuff in there and I won't be able to see any major problems if there is a strategically placed piece of furniture.

😂And you wonder why people think furniture polish is more interesting than you are.

They go on sale regularly and cost less than 2 bucks a towel.I bought all USA made furniture.

The inspector determined that the placement of the tenant's furniture was a violation on the Landlords part and rent was withheld. 

At one time, the furniture was nice quality, but now it is worn and wood is chipped.  

Account Closed I think that is a great idea to notify tenants and remind them to bring in/secure lawn furniture and trash cans etc.   

hm..interesting..i've seen more and more of those signs on the roads in the past year or 2 for cheap mattresses and furniture...i always wondered how they could be making serious money selling a queen for 150 or whatever it is...

Work oddjobs, sell your neighbors patio furniture on ebay, whatever you have to do to put some money in your pocket.

The next foreclosure date is May 11th - so theoretically we would move all our things out of the house for 11 days, store all our furniture & belongings somewhere, and then move back in once we purchased the home at the foreclosure sale.

Perhaps that could be accomplished separately with a furniture/appliance rental service.
