No leg work from them to put claims against the tenants they found but to collect their portion and tell owner to remodel the whole home again to avoid time and effort on retrieving the funds from tenant to pay for their damage.

@Emily Ellis I'm not a lawyer, however several properties in my area I found thru 2 separate wholesalers, turns out they were marketing a property which was listed on the mls and they were "in contract" which was bs, ended up one of my agents brokers were the listing as g ed NY and pulled the the excepted offers from them.

Even I was close to a  fabulous house but the inspector was so thorough and he mentioned Wood Destroying Organisms and we found so much termite infestation in the attic etc that I decided it was too much work and moved on:)
