-Great training - even though I am not licensed and officially committed, the broker has invited me to attend the classes and I have learned SO much already-Plethora of training courses available online-3 sessions per week with 150+ annual transaction agent to practice scripts, another thing I am already enrolled in-What seems to be a great office environment with a lot of knowledgeable people who are willing to help, and already have.

As someone who is currently enrolled with FB through their Jumpstart Program, I can tell you that you can get much of the same type of information from in here as you can get from FB, but it is not as intense and dependent on your own motivation to learn and time invested.

I would pay attention to enrollment numbers, employment rate outside the university (is there a hospital system, research facilities, law school, STEM/computer programs, technical schools, or anything else to draw people in during a downturn), and the vacancy rate in the area.Colleges have been flooded with an avalanche of cheap student loan money over the last 10-15 years and many have overbuilt their own student housing (dorms) as well as seen a lot of large apartment complexes built in town for student rentals.

I have a couple of Student rentals, the college where mine are built housing within the past few years to expand, only thing is enrollment went down. the college went from mandating Freshman have to live in dorms to Freshman and Sophomores, which removed some of the student renters from the area and hit other owners hard. so look at Statistics from the schools if you can.
