Hi Group,I'm wondering why there isn't a centralized database for commercial properties like you might find with residential properties with realtor.com?

Well I am in North Central Florida, in a little town called Gainesville.

I've got to vent a bit here . . .I just checked my voicemail a few minutes ago to hear that several of the Central A/C units in one of my properties were stolen!

The predictions are not much better than the type made by sub-prime borrowers who figured that if the market keeps rising they could sell for a profit.Maybe it was just comedy and we both missed the joke.John Corey

Anyway my lil problem here is that most of those properties are about an hour drive in any direction from where i live (i have this duplex in a very central location that i live in and rent the upstairs, not anywhere near beeing cash flow positive if i didnt have as much equity in it).

I am located in Central, NJ.I have one experience in flipping and all worked out well.

Looking for info regarding vacancy rates, rents, timelines, etc. for single family residence. Thanks

We're hitting high 90s here in central TX and will for the next couple of months.all cash
