McMurray.. look at the tesla website and see where the super chargers are.. they cross Canada but on the main trans can highway.. they come up form Vanc to Kamloops and there are chargers in Kelowna so you can go over the connector.. then you can cross through Revelstoke on to Calgary and beyond.. its pretty cool and they are spaced so you can make it between them without running out of juice in just about an weather. 

Pets.com went belly up in 2000, Netscreen leveraged what was happening around the ".com" phenomenon and went on to be bought by Juniper Networks for $4 Billion dollars. 

The juice took a little longer to squeeze out as rates slowly crept higher but nonetheless here we are.

Could they be juicing their numbers?

The retail was a class b and will likely have the smallest "juice" ie equity captured, but I loved the area and I did it as a JV so less cash out of pocket - but the idea is that appreciation.

I know a good tropical juice spot and there is also a good hotdog place a few blocks away.  

Is the juice worth the squeeze?
