Here are some favorites for me:Buffer - Great for scheduling and automating social media posts.Podio - Great for organizing your leads and flow.Mailchimp - Best for newsletters and automated mailers in my opinion. 

Collecting paystubs and W2s seem pretty reasonable but then there are other requests that leave you scratching your head.My recent favorite is "we need a witten explanation how you have bought so many houses with it signed and dated at the botrom"Share your most rediculous underwriter requests.

This is my least favorite option as I don't want to manage 7 tenants.  

My favorite ways to get value out of this site are the podcasts, and the meet-up events. 

My favorite part about creative investing is thinking about all the unique ways to use my skills and my resources to formulate a strategy that works for me. 

'Partnering' with sellers (no Land Contracts) is one of my favorites.
