The Land Trust idea seemed to be a good one to keep yourself anonymous and reduce the risk of being sued or having anyone figure out your net worth. 

You see, it’s easy to state whatever you want when you hide behind anonymity.

Wealth transfer, eliminate probate, anonymity, asset protection, etc.

They will likely be better behaved and take better care of the unit if they know.If its a MF and I'm in a different unit, I can see the benefit of being anonymous, but even then unless you are a total "hands off" LL and let a PM handle everything, then its hard to stay "hidden"

Nevada is used for anonymity and geographic distance.

If you want to be removed and anonymous, maybe come up with another idea.

There’s no anonymity benefit, no tax benefit, no liability benefit. 

I’ve only heard it’s advantage is anonymity.

I would prefer to be anonymous.

You still have the anonymity and no yearly filing fee.
