Wyoming LLC a trustee in a Florida trust?
One of the most popular asset protection strategies suggests setting up a Wyoming LLC and using it as a trustee in Florida Land Trust (that owns properties). Have anyone used this tactics? It looks like conducting of some type of business in Florida, and Wyoming LLC could require registration in Florida.
