Well, at least properly imagine your circumstances, desires, and lifestyle if you had that kind of $$$...ONe of my business partners sold his Garbage company to Waste management and got a check about 6X than this.. and thats what he did .and he would just have the best time at cocktail parties when he would talk to a stock broker and they would ask what his return was. I would say the brick looks different because of the power washing,  color cast light from the time of day, and color corrections from my professional photographer taking the final pics vs. the realtor shooting it with their phone

I can't explain why, but I'd have to think that if 2 weeks they were all going to be gone, that we'd see much faster movement on what we have available today.We made units that were not available available to help people who needed it (as in, if your home got washed out, we'll let you move right in, at no cost, depending on the circumstance).
