A WordPress site is composed of three elements: WordPress (core) + Theme (visual) + Plugins (additional functionality).

Buyers cannot visualize.

I would love to make my site more visually pleasing and less overwhelming; to the point. 

What is the best way to handle the inspection to ensure there isn't any hidden damage that we wouldn't uncover on a visual inspection? 

@Raul Rapalo - I was once told by a local real estate investor that while it's much EASIER to collect the money via Venmo, check or money order, it's nice to be able to collect the cash every month as a good reason to do a visual inspection of the property, the neighborhood and the interior of the home.

Sorry guys ..didnt see this..Counties are always tricky - not saying its not possible , but most of them throw up captchas , visual captchas so automating it might be pretty tough .

Most people cannot visualize what you are telling them you are going to do to the house and how great it will look when it is done.

Visits shall be visual only.

While it can create nice reports and visuals, it’s very focused on pro forma visualization.

I also have a knack for visualizing property “facelifts” – without spending a ton of money (I especially enjoy figuring out the tricky ones)!
