Apart from the ones mentioned I also have properties in Pilsen and Little Village, which have a lot of 3-4 unit housing stock.People in this thread are right to say that a lot depends on your budget and the lifestyle you intend to persue.

The property is only a 5 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village and is located on one of the main roads which is good during snow season as it will get plowed early and often.

some Data points on this phase we did some mass grading and moved 10,000 yards  we were able to move a large majority to our neighbor to the north  which is Hope Village retirement complex.. 

To name a few areas I have been looking at Charles village, Reservoir Hill, West Arlington.

My building is extremely nice compared to others and is convenient to the locations in the village it is located in which for the long term tenants was necessary as the older gentleman walks and the other one cycles.
