If the valves to the two adapter hose connections were closed before turning off the water, there is water in the adapter that will freeze and your outdoor faucet will crack due to the freeze, once is thaws, you have a flood.

if i spend money to improve the property (for business purposes), are the garbage disposal fees in connection to the improvement considered a capital expenditure even though it does not "add to the value or useful life of property or adapts property to a new or different use"?
