The answer then, as it is regardless of how many "fish there are in the barrel", is not to expand your taste buds,...in the REI case, they change their criteria and feed on fish they really don't like...but they're hungry. 

The term "flip", as it is used today, gives buyers a bad taste in their mouth from the start. 

I also want to point out that you have good taste.

I prefer to deal with cooler heads and although this still will not prevent me from dealing with them in the future, it does leave a bad taste and can justifiably lead to a hell no from anyone. 

Im looking at a MFR next week thats fantastic, but it would drain the bank, and thats just too risky and irresponsible for my taste :\ I'll have to be more creative.
