Probably correlated with being attracted to a career consisting of sitting alone in a room and staring at numbers all day. 

Online marketing consists doing a combination of things so your site ranks higher in the search engines.

I haven't done that myself, but everything I have read indicated that it's successful, but only when done consistently over time.

Real estate as it was taught to me 40 plus years ago is a belly to belly business.. you cannot have consistent success trying to close folks on the phone unless they do not live in the market.. its too easy for them to simply blow you off.  

As long as you stay consistent on this site and create more and more relationships you'll learn more than you ever thought you would!

I appreciate the feedback @David Faulkner... just saw a similar post of yours in another thread - you are consistent!

The heat consisted of a one of those registers in every room and every room had a thermostat.

On the flip side, if you put systems in place for effective management and screen your tenants thoroughly, you can very well supplement your current income with consistent cashflow. 

We have done 13 flips over the last couple years and still don't have a consistent go-to guy. 

All properties are currently rented and have been consistently rented for a long time.
