Just a suggestion.So we foreclosed on a 1st lien note in Houston that came with a good surprise in the form of renters, so we had cash flow and we received a Corrective Substitution Trustee's Deed.Its recorded, so when we go to sell it, can we sell with that deed, or should we file for a General Warranty Deed?
