Hi everyone,I am a student at the University of Washington, and a couple friends and I who frequent BiggerPockets thought it would be a great idea to start a REI club on campus.

Students are always looking for a place to rent.

Before I begin I just want to mention that I am currently a finance student at a university here in the United States so please excuse my ignorance. 

-Should I pay off ALL of my student loans before investing?

I moved to Tallahassee Florida about 2 years ago looking to get into renting out houses for college students and eventually go from there, but I’m not sure where to start considering I’m not yet acknowledgeable about certain things in the Real Estate business? 

My school was planning rapid growth in the next six years so much so there was a question of where would the student body live in my mind.
