There are no visible signs of it, no stained ceiling or mold smell of any kind. 

Just needs painting/staining.- A/C contractor has already replaced the main house indoor and outdoor unit, he is going to replace the garage apartment units Monday, then all a/c work will be complete.Good News:- Savings of $1,850 on AC units vs. our budget!

we go back and forth on the color b/c we worry about stains etc on white ...but our interior design totally went with white!!

Construction standards call for a 1-hour firebreak, if you want a pet door then just understand the risk: carbon monoxide leaking into the house.Attic - another one most buyers don’t get into themselves, but we’ll throw stuff out there anyway•⁠Obviously we look for moisture damage, but there’s a big difference between damage and staining.

I’ve never bought a building that had stained glass windows and I recently picked one up that has some.

We promptly removed the carpets and noticed large amounts of what looked like mold stains on the carpet pad, all tack stripes were completely molded in both basement rooms.

Had pet stains on the floor, it was a National home and the inside looked like a manufactured home with the 'thin' walls.   

Ordinary wear and tear does not include things that can be cleaned like dust, tar stains, trash piled in the garage, etc.

My idea for flooring was to stain concrete, but I've never done student housing.
