Tenant mold concern after a small leak in the bathroom

Hello, I have a tenant in my condo since July and recently, over the course of 4-5 weeks, there were 3-4 small leaks from the ceiling fan in the bathroom, coming from the apartment upstairs, that lasted 2-3 minutes each. The owner of that property has now fixed the issue in his bathroom that was causing it but my tenant is concerned about possible mold. There are no visible signs of it, no stained ceiling or mold smell of any kind. As much as I found out about mold, even if any was created during such small/short leak, it should have dried out and die on it's own since the issue was fixed and it was not a constant leak for a long period of time. I thought about doing an air test, since there are no visible signs of mold anywhere but since mold spores are pretty much in every home, would the air test even show any valid results? I guess my question is what is my legal obligation to the tenant and what action do I have to take, if any, in this situation? Thank you
