They are not as cheap anymore as you would think, and they need a LOT of work - cutting for the windows/doors is a pain, the interior wood door has been sprayed with deadly chemicals, etc.

The first thing I would do is try spraying the walls and floors down with Natures Miracle and see how that does.

This is obviously more labour-intensive than the spray-and-pray method.As far as I know, there's no way of pulling lists of distressed properties, even though you can generally pull individual land titles for a fee. 

There are better solutions to design (such as spray accents versus wood accents and organizing beams and hardware in creative ways rather than creating everything heavy duty) There are always options, ask the subs if you have to becuse they actually DO IT. 5.

Just drill and insert, it does have an o-ring, but there's a lot of pressure running through these pipes and I would be concerned with that thing shooting out then spraying water everywhere. 

So I had my pest guy spray and treat the yard for a week.

The 'goof off' spray from HD took it right off no issue on my underlying vehicle paint....I think you want 'goof off 2' which is water based vs the original which is a hydrocarbon based more like mineral spirits.

It's like paying the taggers to not spray paint your building.

Shop around and you'll find a good deal.Also, as for maintenance, I do agree that granite is porous but all it takes is a simple spray bottle field with dealer and wipe it off.
