My husband had to wear a hazmat suit and shovel them out.Then, there were the two little girls who hit their bedroom door knob into the wall, drew a target around the hole and filled the wall cavity with all sorts of "treasures" (dolls, donuts, nickels, tree leaves, candy, crayons, playing cards, etc.).

Some other things I have Found about small MF tenants is they are often  looking for someone else to mow the lawn and shovel snow.
