What a great place to be :) It feels good to be a part of something that has blessed so many peoples lives, included mine.I was introduced to real estate investing right here on the forums.Since day 1 I've had all my questions answered, that could have held me back from ever investing.I got feedback in the deal analysis forum about my first deal, which gave me the courage and the green light to move forward.I also met my business partner Dawn and many other investors along the way.I had the pleasure of being interviewed on the podcast, which opened up many doors while at the same time sharing my story.I get to continue being active here on the forums.

I have had the pleasure of working with several real estate investors covering nearly the whole spectrum of RE investing, from spec/custom home builders, single/multi family investors, and commercial.

I have also had the pleasure to spend a considerable amount of time working in Europe over the past couple of decades, where 'A' class neighbourhoods may have inventory dating back to the 1600s (or earlier).
